The Kingston Academy is shortlisted for the RICS Award

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Social Impact Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. They celebrate the achievements and successes of RICS professionals and their impact on local communities.

The Kingston Academy has been entered into the Education category. All categories are judged based on their contribution to making a positive impact and adding value to society:

Human - How have lives been changed, improved, given new opportunity?

Social Impact - What has been the positive social contribution, community involvement and benefit, inclusion factors and economic viability of the project?

Environmental impact - What considerations were given to the social development/management of the project and its positive impact on the environment?

Collaboration - What was the surveyor contribution and positive contribution of the project team from concept to delivery as well as challenges faced and overcome?

Innovation - Was there an intelligent approach embracing innovation, creativity, new approaches, technology, flexibility, and adaptability for the future?
