Sustainability Consultancy
We have expertise to provide sustainability advice to projects. We understand the requirements of BREEAM, LEED and BEAM, and how they impact design.
Sustainability
We often don’t present sustainability, as we believe this should be embedded in everything we do. Our in house environmental engineering expertise allows us to begin the journey in the right direction, reducing the need for over-elaborate services systems, helping the end user lower their energy costs. Our use of high end design tools helps us analyse the impact our projects have on their context and help shape our philosophy on sustainability. Our clients enjoy the visual representation of our analysis, helping to make the decisions easy and more effective.
We collaborate with other leaders in the environmental design industry, and share our 3d CAD models to enable the design to be tested thoroughly before it is built. The use of technology here offers a great opportunity for us to better tune our buildings and use resources more efficiently. We believe that we each have a responsibility in order to share the resources equitably where we feel it will add to the quality of the project, and enjoy the diversity that this brings to our work.
