First astudio Late at the London festival of architecture
The first astudio Late with Pecha Kucha-style presentations and an exhibition of astudio projects past and present, was an enjoyable evening and a good opportunity for us to present, discuss and debate our ideas and projects over drinks with everyone who came along last Friday.
The presentations of astudio Research + Development and architectural projects covered collaborations with Brunel students (from Growing Mushroom Structures to Bio-responsive Buildings), modular housing, living architecture/algae facades, Future City, the Living Coastline and Portland art/architecture projects as well as two of our most recent projects, East Wick & Sweetwater and 70 Wilson. Afterwards, astudio architects project collaborators from the Low Carbon Trust and HTS engineers, and students from Brunel University were at hand to answer questions and to give even more in-depth information.
astudio projects in collaboration with Brunel students will be presented again this year at MADE IN BRUNEL.
