Templar House is a bold, yet sensitively handled office and residential development demonstrating how meeting council policies can create contemporary, innovative results.

The sustainable office building designed to re-provide the existing area increases employment, lowers energy and ensures the site is utilised to its maximum benefit. The low energy residential building will provide onsite affordable homes as well as market sale properties.
The two highly insulated buildings are designed to work together in terms of energy use, harnessing the heat from the office to warm the homes. Grey water recycling, photovoltaic cells for onsite energy creation all assist the high thermal mass buildings to reduce their energy use.
